- Information you give us. If you call, email, or book a strategy session, we receive the contact details you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company.
- Usage data. We collect basic, aggregate information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
How we use it
- To respond when you contact us or book a call.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Scheduling and service providers
Booking a strategy session on this site uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter there is handled under Calendly's privacy policy as well as ours. We use a small number of service providers like this to run the business, and we share only what they need to provide their service.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email sales@wiredcio.com and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
