How we solved it
- Ran a wave-based migration of all 550 mailboxes from Google Workspace to Exchange Online
- Migrated 6.5 TB of Google Drive content into a governed SharePoint architecture, including the 100 most complex project folders
- Hardened the Microsoft 365 tenant and identity layer with Conditional Access, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management
- Preserved external client access and set the foundation for the separate CMMC track
